Going above and beyond for each person I served was not just a job requirement; it was a genuine passion. It wasn’t long before I earned a promotion to the position of Senior Personal Banker, a role that gave me the chance to provide even greater support and guidance to our valued customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the corporate world has its complexities, and I soon found myself facing the challenges of corporate politics. The toll on my mental health was undeniable, and I knew it was time for a change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before I arrived at my current role, I explored various professional avenues. I worked as a sales assistant, a barista, a recruitment consultant, and even ventured into insurance sales and network marketing. While each experience taught me valuable lessons, none truly fulfilled me or aligned with my long-term goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A New Chapter: Trading and a Bright Future<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My journey took a remarkable turn when I came across a job opportunity in trading with another bank. It felt like the perfect fit, given my personal interest in trading, stocks, and even NFTs. The onboarding process was both lengthy and intricate, but my excitement and motivation to embark on this new chapter never wavered. I even invested in a new MacBook and accessories, recognising that my role would involve working from home, along with other essentials to ensure a productive work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over a year has passed since I embarked on this journey, and it has proven to be the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve never felt more supported and engaged in my day-to-day work. What truly sets this experience apart is the compassion and understanding that have been shown to me by all levels of management, especially during challenging times like the loss of my mother and the joyous discovery of my pregnancy. The genuine excitement and happiness expressed by my colleagues and superiors have been heart-warming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
